for Biospirals Qigong

Over a wet bank holiday weekend I have been busy creating a resource page on my website. 

This particular page is dedicated to Biospirals Qigong and has pdfs I’ve created, video demos by various practitioners, teachers and masters from Italy plus some class recordings of my own so anyone can get a beginners flavour of the Method. 

Its definitely a work in progress but I plan to keep it updated and add more of my own creations over time.

In the meantime here’s my offering so far –
