Below is a link to a relaxation meditation I have created which is completely free for you to use as often as you wish.
I call this type of meditation an ‘armchair meditation’ as all you need to do is get yourself comfy, either on a sofa or lying down on your bed, and then relax.
It’s all guided, so there is a little intro while you settle yourself down and then I began with a relaxation technique which then moves into a connection to natures elements of earth, water, air and fire.
It lasts for 20 minutes, it’s perfectly ok (and natural) for you to move in and out of awareness and even doze off, it’s not vital that you hear all of it.
