Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese method of health and well-being that connects us to Universal Energy in order to co-ordinate breathing and movement to relax and strengthen the body and mind and connect us back to our true innate self within.
Caroline is an experienced practitioner, instructor and teacher trainer and now offers one to one and small group tuition tailored to suit the individuals present.

One to One Sessions
Receiving private guidance from Caroline, these will focus on your own personal goals. You can book in as often as you like using the Calendar link and there are discounts available for block bookings.
One to Two Sessions
It’s often helpful to learn and practice with a friend/partner. Please contact Caroline to discuss your needs. A one hour session is £20 per person. You can check Caroline’s availability using the Calendar link below.
In-Depth Practice Workshops
Open to all practitioners who; have private classes with Caroline, those who attend classes with Instructors linked to Caroline and anyone familiar with the Biospirals Method of Qigong.
A relaxed and informal practice day, Caroline will cover various aspects of the Biospirals Method to help deepen your Qigong practice and understanding.
Usually held at Forest Green Village Hall, RH5 5RZ roughly every 6 weeks. Half day option available.
