Learning to balance life, accepting the changes and going with the flow….

I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to escape the immense changes that are taking place within our inner worlds and the outer world at large right now.
The whole ethos of exploring our inner landscape, of self enquiry and taking accountability for all that we are, involves times when we really must enter a phase of quietude and self reflection.
To make sense of the myriad things, what is this reflecting back at me, what is me and other, and their inter-relationship.
My personal and professional life is no exception to these reflections and changes. So things, have and are, changing here at Internity.
All classes are currently run from The Bird Hide which is a garden room at the bottom of our garden. The offerings are limited for the time being and are outlined below. Booking is essential due to the small group setting.
If you would like to attend a class listed in the box below, reservation is currently through my WhatsApp group which you can join on the link below. It is a specific group set up just for classes and there’s no ‘chat’ as it were. (There is a separate, specific members chat group for that, which you can join if you wish). If you do not use WhatsApp simply contact Caroline on 07919 102332, email internitylife@pm.me and I will reserve a place for you.

Becoming Still….
Inspired by an inner vision I have held for a long time now (which is still growing in my minds eye). I intend for the Bird Hide to be used as a ‘meditation room’.
‘ A Space for Conscious Contemplation to Build a Tranquil Heart & Mind’
I offer various time slots where you can ‘reserve a mat (or chair)‘ to come along and practice silent contemplation/meditation or as I like to call it ‘Tranquil Sitting’.

Plus I offer a weekly guided session where I will cover various methods of conscious contemplation, meditation and breath awareness.
