Online and In-Person – simultaneously
Our weekly group meditation continues, there’s a handful of us that come together each Tuesday evening 8pm (uk time).
It’s a drop in session, no experience is necessary and every one is welcome and invited.
There’s no charge for this event (small donations are always welcome but not a requirement).

Please remember – it’s not imperative to sit still the whole time, even during the live session. Feel free to move around, or sit with a nice cuppa while you participate for as along as you want to.
