Small Group Toning & Meditation Sessions

Exploring the gentle but powerful techniques of toning, breath-work, self-healing and nature connection in a small, relaxed group setting.

With 30 years experience of the ‘inner awareness’ practices, Caroline will guide you through a gentle 1 hour session covering various aspects of the healing sounds, meditation and self healing.

Held at the ‘Birdhide’ in Abinger Common, RH5.
Price £10 per person.

(Toning aka the Healing Sounds – by creating our own inner sound, we can relax and open up the body on a deeper level, studies show that practicing meditation techniques within a group setting has an even more beneficial effect. If you would like to attend reservation is currently through my Whatsapp group which you can join on the link below. It is a specific group set up just for classes and there’s no ‘chat’ as it were. (There is a separate, specific members chat group for that, which you can join if you wish). 10 am to 11 am, please arrive 5 to 10 mins early for a prompt start


What Do I Need to Know/Bring?

  • Water bottle
  • Comfy layered clothing
  • Its a shoes off session, so wear socks if you need them
  • Please let Caroline know when booking if you need a chair to sit on or a meditation cushion
  • This is a seated session (chair or floor), no lying down or yoga mats required

Please note – all classes are designed to be relaxing, friendly and enjoyable.
At all times you are in charge of your well-being and therefore are under no obligation to participate in anything that you are uncomfortable with. All classes are gently guided by Caroline, who will offer various modifications along the way.
At no time should you ever feel any pain or distress, at any point you can take a break and join back in when you feel ready to.

This is stated here as energy movement, breathwork, meditation and healing techniques are, by their very nature, methods in which we can release withheld stress and tension from the body, mind and spirit.
